Styrax japonica ‘Evening Light’

A beautiful flowering tree from Japan producing a mass of white blossom in May-June. Bright white, bell-shaped flowers contrast against glossy, dark purple leaves. Compact, bushy and upright habit, reaching 2m high and 2m wide in ideal conditions, but can also be grown in a large pot. Prefers sun/partial shade in well-drained soil. Hardy to -20 degrees.
