Cotoneaster nitens

Deciduous. Polished bright green foliage which matures to shades of gold and red in the autumn. The pinky-purple flowers bloom in May followed by purple-black fruit which ripens in Sept. Ht; 1.5-3m. Prefers well drained soil & a sunny spot. Wind-hardy and good in coastal areas.
