The best food is often the simplest and the freshest, produced with care and generosity. La Casa Verde serves just this, and with style and spirit of Italian al fresco dining.

This is the place where you can sit on a balcony and relax with friends, drink a glass of wine or cup of coffee whilst eating a delicious lunch or even a afternoon tea – what could be nicer?

La Casa Verde dishes are seasonal using fruit and vegetables picked from our organic kitchen garden, which can be found at the bottom end of the nursery.

 

 

OPENING TIMES:

We are open 7 days per week throughout the year from 9am.

Breakfast is served from 9am – 11:30am 

Lunch is served from 12pm-3pm with last orders for coffee and cake at 4:30pm. (4:00pm from 1st November due to winter opening hours)

Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day

MENUS

Breakfast served 9 am – 11:30am

Lunch served 12 noon – 3pm

Afternoon Tea served 2pm – 4:30pm (must be booked in advance, with last sitting at 3:30pm)

Cakes and Scones freshly made daily. We are able to provide a range of gluten-free products from bread to fusilli pasta.
We offer fresh seasonal vegetables and fruit grown in our own organic gardens.

AFTERNOON TEA

Afternoon Tea served 2pm to 4:30pm.

Come along and enjoy an Afternoon Tea at La Casa Verde for £23 per person.

Indulge in a selection of soup, bruschetta and savoury tarts to start with, followed by the traditional fruit scone with jam and chantilly cream, as well as, a selection of  the chef’s homemade cakes. Served with tea or coffee – all in fantastic surroundings!

Please book in advance with a minimum of 48 hours notice – 01931 712404. We also require a non refundable £10 deposit to confirm the booking. 

 

Evenings in La Casa Verde

We are now opening La Casa Verde for select evenings, featuring a refined menu carefully curated by our Head Chef. 
We are also opening for small events, if you wish to host a small gathering in La Casa Verde please get in touch.

GROUP BOOKINGS

All group booking MUST please book in advance as we cannot accept any groups with out a booking. Please contact us in advance to ensure we are able to accommodate you

  • We are unable to accept coaches parties due to access restrictions and facilities available.
  • We require a non refundable deposit of £10 per person and a pre-order of meals one week before. 
  • Maximum group size is 15 people.
  • For groups of 7 people or more a 10% discretionary service charge will be added to the final bill
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking to allow time for drink orders etc beforehand 
  • We are able to take a small number of gardening group bookings throughout the year, however, we are unable to accept gardening groups in May and June.
  • For gardening groups there is a charge of £5.00 per head, which includes entry into the private chapel and gardens (raising funds for Hospice at Home).

La Casa Verde Loyalty Card

Terms and Conditions

  1. Use of the La Casa Verde loyalty card, hereafter known as ‘the card’, constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. Buy any non-alcoholic hot drink from La Casa Verde to claim one stamp on the card. Once you have collected nine stamps on one card, you can claim your tenth regular hot drink free.
  3. The card must be presented at time of purchase, both for acquiring stamps and when redeeming the full card.
  4. No photocopies accepted.
  5. The card cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and has no cash or transferrable value.
  6. By claiming your free drink, you also agree to provide us with your details for our mailing list.
  7. We reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions of the operation of the scheme. If we decide to do so, we will seek to let you know in reasonable time by displaying notices in the restaurant and on our website.
