Mail order service all set and ready to send out plants from 6th September

We look forward to welcoming back those of you who have ordered from us before and to those new customers coming on-line you can be assured that your order will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

All plants are picked from our own nursery stocks, of good size and well rooted. Large orders & statues are sent out via pallett & smaller orders are boxed. The majority of our orders are sent to the UK and Europe although we are able to deliver Worldwide depending upon certification. Carriage charges may be subject to variation from the guideline given when ordering, if this is the case we will contact you to advise.

Our mail order service is available Worldwide, although as expected, the vast majority of our orders are to the UK and Europe.
We try to make sure that you have the minimum of hassle when ordering from us and have worked closely with our delivery partner to ensure that your orders arrive in time and in good condition.
Nothing leaves our nursery without first being checked by our Nursery Manager - Joanne McCullock. We try and use recycled packaging products where possible and all plants are sent in strong cardboard boxes.
Any problems with goods delivered are dealt with swiftly by our mail order department and they will chase couriers and query deliveries on your behalf. If in the unlikely event that you have a complaint about any of the items you receive then we ask that you

Phone Helen on 01931 712 404 to inform us that you have a problem within 24 hours of reciept of parcel.
Put your complaint in writing/or email and send us pictures within 7 days of notifying us of your complaint.
If you are unable to open the box when the delivery driver is there, then please sign for the box as unchecked as if there is any damage to the plants it is easier for us to make a complaint to the carrier company on your behalf.
We operate a next day delivery service where possible, Monday through Thursday - although at busy times this may not be possible. We can deliver at the weekends but there is a surcharge charged by the courier.

Courier charges start at £13.00 for the first 10 kilos and approximately 60p per additional kilo thereafter - charges shown on the website are guides only and although the charge should not vary too much from that quoted it may be that we will need to contact you to confirm the carriage charge for orders - If you are ordering from outside the UK or highlands and islands, then of course these charges may vary but we will contact you and confirm the charge before we send your goods.
Statues and garden furniture can also be sent out but we like to give individual quotes for these items so will contact you once the order to arrange shipping and transportation costs.
